Black carbon "soot" particulate pollution grows at our peril |

Black Carbon "Soot" and all particulate pollution, small and large, continues to plague our air and land. All creatures are at risk.
The courageous Center for Biological Diversity was forced, because of enforcement laxity by the U S Enivironmental Protection Agency, to file suit against the EPA because certain jurisdictions in some of our western states who seem to find that the Clean Air Act is low on their list of law abiding priorities,
. Either way, the Center for Biological Diversity felt compelled to act in our behalf, and for the benefit of our wild species who are offered protections coming from the EPA. In this case particulate matter, a known and controllable form of air pollution generated by various human activities.
